Glacial retreat began more than 200 years ago
Glacier Bay’s Glacial History: We are told that retreating glaciers, often in Alaska, are proof positive of man-made warming. Except that many glaciers worldwide began retreating around 1800. Take a look at Glacier Bay in southeast Alaska for example; it started retreating in the late 1700s and more than 90% of that retreat occurred long before significant CO2 started being added to the atmosphere in the mid-1900s.
