About The Member

Alex Miller is a Product Development Engineer in the wastewater/manufacturing industry - focusing on fluid dynamics calculations for aeration systems, gas-liquid mass transfer, statistical modelling, instrumentation systems, and mixing technology. Before entering the private sector, he taught physics, engineering, and programming courses at a small college in the Midwest.

Alex has three master’s degrees - in Materials Science, Physics, and Mechanical Engineering. His academic research spanned: thin-film deposition, microscopy, spectroscopy, diffraction, electrochromism, fluorescence resonance energy transfer, ellipsometry, and microfabrication.
