Anika Sweetland
Anika Sweetland holds a Bachelor of Science in Climate Studies from the University of Western Australia. As a former energy policy advisor to the Australian government, she has a keen interest in examining the political and institutional forces that shape modern climate policy. Anika’s work challenges prevailing narratives around Net Zero, energy transition strategies, and climate education. She is a published author on climate and energy policy, with recent work appearing in publications by the Bruges Group.
Anika has become an emerging voice in the growing international climate realist movement. Her recent address at the World Prosperity Forum in Zürich explored the role of ideological influence within climate education and its implications for scientific integrity and public policy. She is also building a rapidly growing online following as a voice for climate realism and open scientific debate.
