The video examines the extensive scientific flaws and false conclusions in the published research “Wildfire Response to Changing Daily Temperature Extremes in California’s Sierra Nevada”.

Despite provably bad science, the paper claims burnt areas from wildfires in Sierra Nevada will increase by 59% by the year 2040.

Despite the bad science, a multitude of media outlets, like the NY Times and CNN, falsely promoted the paper, fear mongering that it was evidence that climate change causes more wildfires, even suggesting a 92% increase.
